These are all of the resources that I acquired and used to produce this lesson plan. There are also some resources provided for further learning at home, if possible!
Bardillo, T. (2011, April 27). Lesson plans page. Retrieved from http://www.lessonplanspage.com/SSMDRainForestUnitK.htm
This specific webpage is where I found the original idea and information used in this lesson plan. I altered the lesson plan and integrated technology. The website as a whole can be used to find various different lesson plans for different grade levels and subjects and is very informative and can be used free of charge by teachers.

This is probably my favorite webpage so far. It is a webpage geared towards not just informing kids about the rain forest, but also at getting them involved in helping save it. There are games and projects on the website, but their is also a place to donate money, and a place to learn about how one can become involved in their non-profit organization!

This website provides free printable drawings of animals and plants. This as well is extremely useful and beneficial to a teacher in need of art for projects, presentations, and classroom usage.

This webpage is designed to further their goal by informing younger children of the rain forest and why it's so important. Their are online games and projects that the children can access to learn more and play at the same time!
Taylor, L. (1996). Wealth of the rainforest, pharmacy to the world. Retrieved from http://www.rain-tree.com
This website provides a wealth of information about the rain forest that we might not be able to cover in class, but that I still think is important to know. This website was produced by the Rain Tree company in hopes to publicize how important and crucial the rain forest is and should be to the entire world.
